I’m Aunt Jean! I’m so proud to be a part of this team supporting my niece Claire Russell (one brother’s daughter) who is running for Student of the Year in honor of Reese Naylor (another brother’s granddaughter). Reese fought hard against leukemia from the time she was three through her thirteenth birthday (2007-2016) and when she was gone, we all felt a huge hole in our hearts.

Reese’s was a life very well-lived, but far too short. In honor of her and in support of others fighting blood cancers, including an uncle and a cousin’s six year old son, I continue to fundraise to support scientists searching for a cure. LLS is an organization that freely shares their research, so when I support them I am also helping others stricken with all types of cancers. I hope that you will join me in the fight!
